Intuitive Session
It is important to note that the Shamanic approach does not “cure” illness but instead helps you “heal” on all four levels; Physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. Most sessions are intuitive in nature and generally catered to focus on your primary concerns. Most sessions typically include a heavy injury clearing and chakra balance. I work with you to see what other modalities are the best fit for your session.
Heavy Energy Clearing
We live in a world of duality with energies of vastly different vibrations. Most in which are not typically seen with the naked eye. Higher vibrational energy may be felt as joy, peace and acceptance. While lower vibrational energy in our chakras and Luminous Energy Field (LEF) can be felt in many different ways including feeling ill, angry, fearful, or unusually sad. During a Heavy Energy Clearing, I navigate, identify and remove any lower vibrational energies found in your LEF and Chakras including negative entities, patterns, hexes, spells, curses, vows and/or imprint and replace with higher vibrational light/energy. Returning the emotional and physical body to a more natural state
Illumination
The Illumination is the important healing practice of shamanic energy medicine in which the luminous energy field is cleared of harmful emotional and physical imprints to help mobilize the body’s own healing systems. Promotes the release of karma, old patterns, emotional pain and trauma.
Soul Retrieval
“It is believed that whenever we suffer an emotional or physical trauma a part of our soul flees the body in order to survive the experience. Soul loss or Soul Splintering is a survival mechanism that allows us to break a piece of ourselves off to prevent it from fully feeling the effects of a significant trauma. This can be felt in many ways including being unable to remember a period of time, not feeling like yourself since the event, feeling like a piece of you is missing and persistent anxiety or fear. During a soul retrieval, a full illumination is done and a shamanic journey is performed on your behalf to find the missing soul parts that were lost. After the journey is complete, the Shaman returns the soul part to your energetic body for re-integration.

This process removes any heavy energies, entities or earthbound spirits. You can help to create the intention of the home, property or business and create a protective, high vibrational energetic boundary to prevent lower frequency energies from returning.
Energetical Adrenal Balancing
Balancing your adrenal pulse with the “earth pulse” which is the pulse at which the earth resonates, can be very beneficial if you experience much stress in your life or you have been through a traumatic event. The “Earth Pulse” is known as the Schumann Resonance and is approximately 8 beats per minute.
When your adrenal pulse is slowed down to match the “earth pulse”, it works towards balancing your adrenals, and bringing you “back down to earth”. When our system is in a constant state of adrenal imbalance (fight or flight), it is difficult to achieve healing. Abnormal function of an adrenal system has been correlated with inflammatory diseases and deficient immune function. While in this state the body suppresses the healing hormones we need to recover from stress.
Resetting our fight-or-flight response can help you work towards relieving the devastating physiological effects of stress.
